Study On Home Care Service Demand And Its Influencing Factors In Chengguan District Of Lhasa City

Aging is becoming increasingly severe,which has become a basic national condition in China.Developing home-based care services is an important measure to deal with the aging problem in China.In 2010,some regions of Tibet began to enter the aging areas,and the proportion of the elderly population gradually increased.How to deal with the aging population and solve the problem of supporting the elderly has become an important strategic task for the Party Committee of Tibet Autonomous Region and the government of Tibet Autonomous Region.In recent years,the old-age service in Tibet has developed rapidly,especially in the past two years,the home-based old-age service in Lhasa Chengguan District has developed continuously and the coverage rate has improved.Home care services have gradually replaced other services for the aged.The diversity of contents and forms,high efficiency and strong freedom have become a new way for the Tibetan government to improve the quality of life of the elderly.However,the home care service in Lhasa started late,and there are some problems,such as unbalanced development,small coverage,imperfect service content and form,incomplete infrastructure,and low professional quality of staff.Therefore,in order to improve the daily living standard and quality of the elderly,to meet their diversified needs for old-age care services,to improve the old-age service level in Tibet,and to promote the construction and development of home-based old-age care services in Tibet,It is of great significance to study the demand of home care service in Chengguan District of Lhasa and its influencing factors for the improvement and development of the elderly care service level in Tibet.Based on the literature research method of reading,summarizing and summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the demand for home-based elderly care services and its influencing factors as well as relevant literatures,this paper takes Lhasa City as the case study area,starts from the individual characteristics of the elderly in Lhasa City,and combines the actual situation of the development of elderly care services in Tibet.To study the development status,existing problems,the elderly’s demand for home-based care services in Tibet and its influencing factors.In addition,based on community care demand theory,ERG theory,polycentric governance theory as the theoretical basis of this article,through reference to the tendency of Anderson model,enabling factors and demand factors,gender,age,ethnic group,occupation,educational level,income,endowment insurance,number of offspring,living ways,11 factors such as marital status,health status,The theoretical framework of influencing factors of home care service demand in Chengguan District of Lhasa City is constructed,and the research hypothesis of this paper is put forward.The statistical software SPSS25.0 is used as the tool.Using descriptive statistics analysis,the analysis of the data obtained by questionnaire and depth interview to research the Lhasa chengguan old people’s choice of home endowment service intention and the different demand for home endowment service,on the basis of multiple Logitic regression analysis method is used to influence the Lhasa chengguan home endowment service needs of the elderly factors are analyzed.The results show that ethnic groups,endowment insurance,the number of children and health status have no significant impact on the demand for home-based care services in Lhasa Chengguan District,while gender,age,education level,occupation,income,living style,marital status and other factors have significant impact on the demand for home-based care services in Lhasa Chengguan District.Multiple logistic regression analysis is used to verify the research hypothesis,improve the theoretical significance of this paper,and highlight the innovation of this paper.Based on the analysis results of the development status,demand and influencing factors of home care service in Lhasa Chengguan District,this paper finds out the existing problems of home care service in Lhasa Chengguan District,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First,the government of Tibet Autonomous Region should take the needs of the elderly as the center,comprehensively consider the factors affecting the demand for home-based care services in Lhasa Chengguan District,strengthen publicity and education,improve the service content,and improve the supply validity.Second,strengthen the construction of talents and improve the level of home-based elderly care services.Third,we will improve the service platform for elderly care and build and develop home-based elderly care services with Tibetan and Lhasa characteristics.
