The Function Of Procuratorial Case Management Orientation,Present Situation And The Development In The Lawsuit System Reform

The new case management system is with the starting symbol of founding"Case Management Office" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate in 2011,till the end of 2014,the Procuratorial organs at all levels have established "Case Management Department"generally,that fulfilling the four functions of management,supervision,service and consulting,which opens the new model,new concept and new system of managing impeachment cases.From the content of the role of begin to hold,the author summarizes a stage practice existing in the "focus on process management,promoting procedural justice","both procedure and entity"the operation mode of the two kinds of management supervision as the core,and by the "supervision,service" as the positioning of the service regulations.And there is the tube in a variety of work mode of role insufficiency,supervision,not just people,work passive,case less common problems such as to be put forward.By introducing the author's linhe district procuratorate case specific practice and effect of pipe work derived from practical experience out of the case pipe development should be followed:program and entity in parallel,management and service,supervision and guarantee unified four principles,continuous innovation.Ultimately,combined practical practice experience,the author presented immature suggestion that:the development of impeachment case management should walk toward refined detailed direction.Wish it will bring the better rain of thought for Case management of the existing problems and to begin the work in future.
