In recent years,along with the functions of Family support increasingly weaken and Organization support is increasingly unable to meet the growing demands in the elderly,home care that is the combination of the advantages of Family support and Organization support arises at the historic moment,and gradually become a new trend of our country's pension services.With rapid economic development in our country and the constant improvement of the old social security,spirit endowment problem increasingly exists obviously,and gradually becomes one of the most important content in home care.How to solve the spirit endowment problems that the urban elderly in home old-age pension will appear,it is a challenge for the whole society.The article will take the cases of the elderly in Guxiong community in Nanjing city as an example,to explore the way,methods and results of case work in community endowment service.In order to understand the current situation of urban community endowment service,and try to apply the methods of professional social work to practice,and explore how to use the method to Mental pension services to enhance the level of community endowment service in China.In that,the author firstly used the form of questionnaire and case interview to understand the current situation of the community endowment services and the needs of the elderly pension service;Then according to the results of investigation and the introduction of social workers in H endowment service center(the institution in Guxiong),the author chosen two typical examples as the recipient for the conduct of a case;Finally,the author according to the needs assessment of the two old man for case work.In the process of research,the author mainly used the task-centered model and rational emotional therapy case work.The study found that: firstly,case work intervention is a gradual process,social workers play a different role in each stage,and they must fully understand the growth and changes of client to timely adjust their role;Secondly,case work emphasizes personality,it is usually based on the collection and analysis of a client to effectively develop a suitable plan;Thirdly,case work adhering to the "win-win" values,the ultimate goal is to help the client to realize "self-help",which requires the social worker found egotism potential and help them play out;Fourthly,this case t solved the psychological problems of the two old people,in a certain extend really are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of case work in spirit endowment service.In addition,the advantages of social work gradually appear,which will promote more experts and scholars to analyze spirit endowment service,this will promote the localization of social work.
