The overall direction of deepening the reform of China's rural credit cooperatives is to get rid of the shackles of the system.The reform of rural credit cooperatives is not only the necessary stage of reform,but also the core content and key link of the reform.Specific to the county rural credit cooperatives in the process of transformation,the local government is bound to play an important role.Therefore,the local government in the county rural credit cooperatives in the process of how to locate their own functions and what role should be played,is worthy of attention and in-depth study.This article embarks from the reality,a case study on the reform practice of G rural credit cooperatives,based on financial theory and local governance theory,Summed up the plight of the development of rural credit cooperatives,historical evolution and effectiveness of transformation,analysis of the authority the dominant,the direct of the government's role.Pointed out that the government played a role in the existence of the target alienation,local government over-intervention,lack of function,dislocation,resulting in ineffective,specific policies and measures lack of such issues and shortcomings.Learn from the experience of developed countries' cooperative financial system.On this basis,this paper further proposes,We should improve the role of local government in the transformation process of rural credit cooperatives from four aspects,that is create a favorable financial market environment,timely intervention and appropriate intervention to ensure the healthy development of rural credit cooperatives,coordinating the relationship between the parties to help deepen the reform of rural credit cooperatives,make full use of monetary policy tools to support the reform of rural credit cooperatives within the region.
