The theory of constructivism originated in the 1980 s,and it was born under the background of neo-realism and neo-liberal institutionalism,which was dominated by western international relations theory.The emergence of constructivism has promoted the new development of international relations theory and provided a new perspective for the study of the relationship between Libya and Egypt.Libya and Egypt are important countries in North Africa,they have the same geographical location,the same religious beliefs,similar language and culture,has a profound historical origin.After the outbreak of the Libya revolution in1969,the relations between the two countries were friendly.After the war of October 1973,the relations between the two countries began to deteriorate,from cooperation to confrontation,from "friends" to "enemy".Using the perspective of constructivist analysis,we can see that the relationship between the two countries has undergone a transformation of Kantian culture to Locke culture in anarchy,which shows that the two countries in the interactive practice based on the common concept of change.In the light of Alexander Winter's constructivist framework,identity as a tool,will be Egypt and Libya relations as a key variable,on the development of relations between the two countries during this period of evolution are discussed in detail,so as to provide inspiration for the development of relations between the two countries montpellier.
