Research On The Long Term Care For The Elder Under The Environment Of Chinese Filial Piety Cultures

With the rapid development of economy and the increase gradually of people's living level,in our country,it's unavoidable for us to get in the aging society.There're a large population base and a big number of elderly population in China,for this,compared to other countries and areas,we're faced with an unprecedented challenge.Then how to make the elders who have worked during their whole life spend their remaining days happily has been the republic focus which society pays attention to.As the Chinese excellent traditional culture,“filial piety” always plays a special role,from beginning to end,it serves as the customs and regulations,it also has special functions of keeping the family harmony and keeping society safe and stable.It's written in ?Classic of poetry?:”parents,who have given birth to me and raised me”,it means that we owe our parents a debt of gratitude which could express as kindness of birth,kindness of raising and kindness of education.It needs the coming generations to support the elders for repaying these 3 varieties of kindness.When people continue into old age,they can't continue to make contribution for the country and society,so it's necessary for us to assume an obligation of supporting for the elderly.But in current condition named market-oriented economy,the western thought has swept into China,succedently people's ideology has been changed.We all begin to advocate individualism and interest above everything,there're various Mormonism and hedonism that are popular in China.It constantly strikes our traditional culture.The mentality of respecting and loving the elderly has been weak and weak.The elderly,especially how to take care of the disable elderly's later life has been a big problem to resolve.From past to present,what plays an important role in our country is the traditional family provide for the aged,it often works like children provide for the elderly at home.But with the enforcement of single-child policy.Thanks to that,the causes of the reduce of family structure and the increase of women's work consciousness have been weaker little by little.All about providing for the aged has been a problem extremely to resolve.It's harder to nurse the disable elderly.Though our government has consecutively carried out a series of welfare policies direct at providing for the aged for remitting the hard pressure from it,energetically encouraged the private and public retirement organization to provide service of pension,yet whether in family pension,community pension or organization pension,it's short of professional teams of nursing,and the base installation of recovery is not complete perfectly.So for us currently it lacks yet the continuous pension.My article,through the analysis and comparison about the process of the development of policies of continuous pension in America,Japan,Germany and Taiwan,it combines with pratical situation of China,for remodeling people's idea of filial piety.For developing and expanding fine traditional culture of over 5000 years,it combines the traditional idea “respect the aged and take good care of children” with the modern ideology.It takes a full consideration about the life habits of our elderly,on this premise,I propose some new points of view : combination of family pension and community pension,increase the professional qualities of our nursing works,encourage all walks of life,especially some non-government organization to join the team of continuous pension for the elderly.I hope it can be helpful to develop the continuous pension for the elderly in our country.
