Research On The Legislative Questions Of Militarization Of Outer Space

The exploration of outer space by humans has never stopped,and the successful launch of the former Soviet Union's first satellites marked the prelude to the exploration of outer space in the true sense of mankind.Unlike other areas,outer space is the first time that mankind is involved and is inseparable from military purposes.And the rapid development of space technology for security,the types of outer space military activities are also changing,the militarization of outer space gradually increased.How to regulate the militarization of outer space from the legislative level has become an important issue facing the international community.In this paper,the international and domestic legislation of outer space has been sorted out and analyzed in recent years,and the development and change of military legislation in outer space are discussed as far as possible.Summarizes and studies the problems and deficiencies in the field of militarization legislation in outer space,and summarizes the characteristics of the field of military legislation in outer space.On the basis of this research,combined with the actual situation of domestic and foreign legislation to further explore how to better improve the outer space militarization legislation system.This paper presents a view on the distinction between military activities in outer space and the progress of the legislative process in conjunction with the development of space science and technology.And to improve the legislative system for the militarization of outer space through the strengthening of the functions of the civilized legislature of outer space and the introduction of the first clearance mechanism.
