Research For The Development And Experience Of Chinese Parties Consultative Democracy

The Chinese parties consultative democracy is formed in the process of unification and cooperation between the Chinese communist party and the democratic parties for a long time;it is an important channel and form of socialist consultation and democracy;it is the use and represent of consultative democracy in the multiparty cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It is of great importance to study the process and experience of the negotiation of democracy by the political parties with Chinese characteristics in order to promote the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics and to promote the development of political consultation and democracy.In this Paper,firstly,it uses normative research method to analyze the course and experience of Chinese Parties Consultative Democracy in detail and demonstrate it logically.Then,by systematically theoretical analysis to the Chinese political consultative democracy,it makes clear the close relationship of the socialist democratic politics,the socialist consultative democracy and the Chinese political consultative democracy.Besides,it makes clear the connections among the inner basic elements of the Chinese political consultative democracy.Finally,with the help of the combined historic and logical method,it has reviewed and combed the course of the Chinese political consultative democracy,which shows its form and development is consistent of the unity of history and logic.Based on combing the previous relevant achievements of the Chinese political consultative democracy at the first part,the paper constructs the frame of the course and experience of the Chinese political consultative democracy.The paper develops its discourses form the four parts:Part I: Introduction.This part mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic,and discusses the current situation,research methods,frame construction,innovation and so on.Part II: the scientific connotation of the Chinese parties consultative democracy.This part begins with the concept of socialist consultation and democracy,the essential attribute and based on its relationship with the parties consultative democracy,it draws the conceptual definition of socialist consultation democracy.Then,from the angle of classic Marxism and Chinese Marx doctrine,it explains its connotation.Finally,from connotation definition and main characteristic of the Chinese party's deliberative democracy,this paper expounds the basic theory of the Chinese party's deliberative democracy.Part III: the historical process of Chinese political consultative democracy.This part combs the Chinese political consultative democracy,the formation and development of history,the history of the Chinese political consultative democracy.Process is divided into three stages formation,development and perfection,in order to clarify party the formation and development of deliberative democracy in China.Part IV: the basic experience and lessons of Chinese political parties in negotiating democracy.This part is based on the study of the historical process of negotiating democracy of Chinese political parties,and further sums up its basic experience: adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party;to promote the negotiation of democracy through the party to promote the development of political parties and political parties;the Communist Party to help the democratic parties to enhance the ability to negotiate;Political party negotiation democratic system standardization and procedural construction.The paper has theoretically studied the development and experience of Chinese political consultative democracy,and has innovation in theoretical view,research angles,the use of documents and so on.Chinese political consultative democracy is formed under in course of long-term of revolution,construction and reformation instructed by Chinese Communist Party leadership.Thus,it has been practiced for so many years.However,compared to its practice,the theory result is thin in number.Therefore,the paper has expanded the basic experience and lessons of Chinese political parties in negotiating democracy on the base of other scholars' points,such as promoting the negotiation of democracy through the party to promote the development of political parties and political parties;the Communist Party to help the democratic parties to enhance the ability to negotiate.At the same time,apart from quoting the classic Marxism,classic documents of the Chinese Communist Party and political consultation,the paper has cited various methods of other courses,like politics,history of party,sociology and so on,as well as quoted foreign related bibliography materials.
