Study On The Development And Countermeasures Of Deliberative Democracy Among The Political Parties In China

Deliberative democracy among the socialist party is a democratic consultative form of ruling party (the Communist Party of China) and participating parties(Democratic Parties), which includes the important affairs of the national and local government and momentous guidelines and policy. According to the analysis of deliberative democracy among the political parties, the theory of deliberative democracy among the socialist party in practice would be promoted and perfected, and the practice of deliberative democracy among the socialist party would be implemented theoretically, which based on formulation and implementation of public policiesThe basic factors, democratic theory system and deliberative subject have its regularity. Deliberative modes are different from the general deliberative democracy. Therefore, the system of deliberative democracy among the political parties in China has its particular charactersBy taking the practice of deliberative democracy among the political parties in Hohhot as the research object, this paper, which uses the sample investigation, the example analysis and the comparative analysis, emphatically analyses the problems, improvement and further advancement existing in deliberative democracy among the political parties in Hohhot on the visual angle of public policy. It brings a new way promoting Hohhot and Chinese democratic politics, and also has positive significance for improving socialist democracy and further developing system construction of Chinese deliberative democracy among the political parties.Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia, has many advantages in practice of deliberative democracy among the political parties. But it also has such malpractice as uncompleted law system, rawest attitude and unorderly process of deliberative democracy.
