Since the word "new mdia" appeared for half a century,with the rapid development of digital network technology,the rapid rise of new media based on the digital technology and the network technology,we also entered the new media age.Compared with previous magazine,newspaper,radio,television and other traditional media,nowadays,the new media of the network and mobile phone,appearing in the public life in an increasingly novel form.These new media are based on the basic characteristics of digital and network,showing the immediacy that the traditional media can not match,unprecedented interaction,the inevitable integration and the diversity and openness of the main body of communication.In the new media era,these new media have had impacts on the lives of the public,at the same time,these new media have brought influence to the government's crisis public relations work.For the public,on the one hand,the public can freely express personal views through the new media,so then the new media has become a new way for the public to express public opinion and supervise government administrative activities;On the other hand,the public crisis events through the new media will be spread in large areas,even Join the public imagination and speculation in the process of transmission,easy to distort the truth,let the public panic.For the government crisis public relations,on the one hand,the emergence of new media will help change the management concept of government crisis public relations,improve the crisis early warning system and ease the public's emotions;On the other hand,the new media because of its own characteristics will accelerate the outbreak of crisis,may lead to the occurrence of mass incidents,increase the difficulty of government image restoration and increase the difficulty of government departments to prevent the crisis.In short,in the new media era,the government crisis public relations can be described as both opportunities and challenges.Therefore,we should strengthen the theoretical research on the related issues of crisis public relations,combined with the actual,in order to put forward some suggestions for China's government crisis public relations response in the new media era,which is also the purpose of this paper.The paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction part of the paper,describes the research background and significance of "Research on Government Crisis Public Relations in New media Era",summarizes the research situation of the new media and the government crisis public relations at home and abroad,and describes the research ideas and methods of "Research on Government Crisis Public Relations in New media Era";the second part introduces the related concept of the new media and government crisis public relations,as well as the research of government crisis public relations theoretical basis,and describes the impact of new media on the government crisis public relations,including positive and negative effects;the third part,introduces the types of new media firstly,then according to the relevant data of the Internet analyzes the general situation of the development of China's new media,and expounds the achievements of our government's crisis public relations;the fourth part through some examples to analyze the problems of China's government crisis public relations in the new media era;the fifth part is aimed at the problems of China's government crisis public relations in the new media era,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures;the sixth part is the final summary of the paper.
