With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid popularization of mobile Internet,various self-media platforms have been established quickly and rapidly.The media industry's prosperity and progress to the government image has caused problems,rapid exposure to endanger public order incident rates significantly enhanced,at the same time huge amounts of information to the media audience butch,Internet rumors also wantonly,subject of government image also increased significantly,it indicates the government public opinion center status is being challenged and the social public voice enhanced.When the government in the face of sudden public events is easy to fall into "Tacitus trap",but netizens for distrust government image,is a result of the government's image in the media age questioned,it shows that the government's image is still a long way to go.At present,the image of government in a disadvantaged position requires government departments to do something.It is necessary to take reasonable and effective measures to solve the problem.In this paper,using literature analysis,system analysis and comparative analysis,the research and analysis,reshape the image of the government review and summarize domestic and foreign scholars on the research of the related content,clear from the relationship between the media and the government image,think the media on the pros and cons of government image creation.As is known to all,the government as managers of social affairs and server,image about the organization of life and reputation,the disadvantages brought to the development from the media,the government should adjust state of mind,correct understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the media industry,to improve the knowledge of the media network public relations,strengthen monitoring system for network public opinion,to strengthen the information disclosure and transparency,to develop and establish long-term integrated mechanism,the government image management organizations and the public Internet users to participate in a variety of marketing activities of government image,for knowledge accomplishment low mass need to strengthen training and education.The author thinks that the government can't but face the reality problem,and find out the feasible solutions to better serve the people,we can only reach the government's target of image creation,so as to improve the public's trust and credibility.
