A Study On The Poverty Education Assistance Of College Students From The Perspective Of Development Assistance

The problem of poverty assistance for college students is related to their own development and social stability.Higher education is to help poor students as rescue object,take the material assistance and other assistance as a supplement,to protect the poor college students to receive higher education,university courses and enhance the ability to complete a special social assistance project.At present,China has formed a "award,help,credit,reduction,fill,diligence" as one of the diversified relief system of poor students,and achieved good results.But these policies in the process of development and implementation,often with material assistance and temporary relief as the guide,is only temporary for the poor students to solve the basic survival difficult,with little or no consideration of the poor students to enhance their ability and mental health development assistance.How will the poor students into education assistance to help poor college students get rid of poverty through education,improve their living environment and family education,relief funds from a single input into benign "input-output-input" live cycle development assistance mode is imperative.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,and through the research literature at home and abroad,to lay the foundation for the following analysis.The second chapter is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Including the concept of poverty,poor college students and educational assistance,and on the basis of the introduction of the theory of educational equity,it focuses on the definition of the development of social assistance theory.The third chapter to the sixth chapter is the focus of this paper,from the current situation,case analysis,foreign experience and analysis of the problem of the four aspects of the poor college students to explore the relevant issues of educational assistance.Among them,the third chapter summarizes the current situation of the poor college students' educational assistance and the content of the educational assistance.The fourth chapter,r on the basis of the summary and analysis of the education aid problems of poor college students and the reasons,found the current bailout is not accurate enough,relief funds is not ideal,the deployment of relief work is not reasonable,lack of attention to the problem of development of psychological quality,professional skills,help;the fifth chapter will view on foreign and the successful experience of the United States,Britain and New Zealand are introduced,and summarizes several methods for china.The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the diversification of educational assistance in China,the poor college students mainly include:changing education aid concept,strengthen the development of educational assistance;to improve the design of the system,a sound mechanism to identify poor students;broaden the education aid funding sources,to guide social forces to participate in;pay attention to the psychological and spiritual education,the realization of economic assistance and spiritual assistance with the focus on poverty alleviation;enhance the ability to cultivate self-awareness and professional skills of the poor students.Finally,the main research results are summarized,and the shortcomings are pointed out.
