Research On Grid Community Administration In Binhu Shiji Community

Grid community of administration is one of the community administration system,which was established in Dongcheng District in Beijin in 2002,combined with Information Technology,showing its powerful social governance effect.In according the specific situation in the region,many domestic local governments have used grid administration of community to realize the innovation of the system of social administration.The academic circles have certain achievements in the grid community of administration research:or form grid administration of community and resource intergration,or form the aspects of grid administration of community relationship with residents autonomous study,or from grid administration of community combined with Information Technology in the frontal aspects research,or form the process of grid administration of community aspects.However,form the application of theory and method of sociology,there are not to research grid administration of community and the innovation of system.The author attempts to research this aspect in this article.In the process of writing,the author uses literature research method and field study.According to Tal Kurt Parson's theory of Functionalism,the author analyzes grid administration and the administration system in Binhu Shiji Community.Meanwhile,to explore the relationship between grid administration of community and scientific administration,the author has a more profound understanding from the perspective of sociology of grid administration of community.Next,this paper mainly from five chapters to explore grid community of administration.First chapter is introduction,which indicates the significance and the value of the article,reviews research findings and introduces field study and interviewing as main research methods.The second chapter indicates the basic situation of introduction in Binhu Shiji Community,mainly from politics,economy,culture,population and other aspects,in which states status of grid administering in Binhu Shiji Community.In the third chapter,mainly focuses on the status of grid administering in Binhu Shiji Community by analyze acts,system of innovation and results.The fourth chapter mainly introduces grid administration of community existing problems and the reasons in practice.The fifth chapter,aiming at the problems of grid administration in Binhu Shiji Community,the author considers four measures could be applied:establishing a perfect supervision and evaluation system,completing coordination mechanism,developing residents' committee and improving capability of information processing.To conclude,Binhu Shiji Community can achieve this scientific administration goal with the use of modern technologies and supports of government,residents' committee and the residents.
