Study On The Innovation Of Community Policing Administration Mode In Z Town J District Of Tianjin

Recently years,with the fast development of economy,science and technology,social security situation has become increasingly complex.In order to constantly improve the ability of social public security administration and meet the people's growing demand for police services,local public security organs have vigorously promoted the community policing strategy.The community police take root in the community,serve the community and rely on the community to form the good pattern of work between the people and police,especially some achievements have been obtained in the construction of urban community policing.However,due to the rural masses backward ideas,the not well formed villagers' autonomy organization,the poor villagers' autonomy ability,in the process of promoting the rural community policing strategy,there are many problems,such as lack of enthusiasm,the poor participation of the community residents,and ineffective role of the community subject.These problems seriously restrict the effective advance and sustainable development of community policing strategy.Z town is a suburban rural area of Tianjin.This study takes Z town as the research object,and conducts research on its community policing administration mode by using literature research method,participatory observation method,case study method and comparative analysis method.At the first point,the basic situation of community policing in Z town and the achieved results are described in detail.At the second point,basing on the focus study on current community policing administration mode of Z town,some problems are revealed,as inadequate allocation of community police force,low participation of community residents,immature development of community organizations.And all the problem roots has been analyzed in depth.Then the successful experience of domestic and foreign community policing administration is analyzed.Finally,on the perspective of community participation in multiple subjects,putting forward the specific suggestions and countermeasures for innovating Z town community policing administration mode.This study will help to promote Z town community policing administration level,optimize the Z town community governance system,and closely contact between the police and the people at the same time,also,hoping to provide useful reference to other suburban counties of Tianjin and even the whole country which have similar situation of the rural community policing administration.
