Study On E-government Information Security Protection System

With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid popularization of the network application,E-government construction and application of our country also has obtained the remarkable result.It provides a new path for the government,promoting management innovation,optimization of social service.However,frequent information security event give a wake-up call for us.Because the E-government platform carrying large amounts of information,which involving state secrets and personal privacy.Once the accident occurred,light interferes with people's daily life,influence the image of government in the public,even causes huge economic losses,and threats to national security.Therefore,it is necessary to study on the E-government information security mechanism.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part introduces the selected topic background and significance,the related research both at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,as well as the main research content.First of all,through to the E-government affairs,information security,information security related concept definition,government reengineering theory,new public service theory and basic theory of management information system theory and so on.Secondly,it puts forward the problems of E-government information security,and analyzes the obstacle of management system.Again,On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the development of E-government information security protection system of Jiangsu,carried out to verify the effectiveness of the infrastructure,management support,technical support,legal protection and other aspects.Finally,according to the analysis of the practice of the structure,this paper puts forward to improve the information security mechanism of E-government in China.On the basis of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions from the management,technology,laws and regulations,for the administration of provincial and city level governments to perfect the electronic government affairs information security mechanism.There is a certain reference value for the innovation of E-government management.
