Discussion On The System Of E-government Information Security Level Protection In China

E-government is the product of the information age. It plays an important role in improving the efficiency of government work and the transmission of government information. Because of the information content of e-government involved, and is closely related to the work of government departments, the part involving state secrets, directly affect the national security and the interests of the masses, affecting the efficiency of government work, therefore, information security is a crucial part in the work of e-government. The current e-government activities in China mainly focus on government work, policy planning and decision-making,and implementation and publicity. The transmission of information in electronic government activity depending on the security level to develop protection level, level protection system that according to the information security system, according to the main flow of the corresponding, the secret information is helpful for decision-making of local government and relevant state agencies in the process of communication in the security work for the public or semi public nature of government information. The channels and the appropriate means of public display in large scale, is conducive to a comprehensive understanding of the related objects,understand the relevant policies and regulations, contribute to the promotion of social stability to maintain the normal order.Based on the research methods, combine theory and practice, based on the combination of domestic and foreign influential literature, based on China's history and current situation of e-government, from local to the whole method, system analysis method and comparative research method combined with literature analysis stage, the level of information security protection the development of China's e-government system construction and the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of comprehensive analysis, put forward to improve the direction of the construction of the system of e-government information security protection, by laws and regulations, clear standards of law enforcement procedures, improve the safety risk prevention and control ability,advocating independent research and development, the construction of information security management system, from the macro to the micro level comprehensive layout and deployment of information security protection measures, which can improve the work efficiency of electronic government.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, focusing on the practice innovation, first of all, based on related theory of comprehensive review, to information security protection as the core idea, pay attention to the grade and optimize security protection measures, and provide the feasibility for the construction of the prototype framework of E-government security system has practical significance; secondly, on the basis of the domestic and foreign representative of the evaluation model, according to the facts of China's e-government, in-depth analysis of the institutional defects and the defect of management objective, and according to the situation of our country proposed the corresponding countermeasures, to provide the necessary reference for the perfection of e-government information security level protection system.
