The Study On Rural Road Safe Management In Fujian Province

In the "13th Five-Year" plan,the problems on the priority is put on the important position again,from 12th Five-Year in the planning of strong agricultural wisdom agriculture,accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside,in order to further enhance the implementation of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Therefore,to strengthen the rural road safety management in Fujian Province,to improve the current situation of rural road accidents,is to promote the construction of new rural areas in Fujian Province,a harmonious development of a major and urgent practical problem.Minhou County as the counties in Fujian province(county level city)in one of the fastest-growing counties,rural road traffic problems which is relatively sharp,in Minhou County Rural road safety management as the key research has universal guiding significance to other areas in the province.In this paper,the author mainly used literature review,interview and questionnaire survey,descriptive statistical methods,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.First of all,the definition and characteristics of rural roads is expounded,and expounds the current security situation in rural road and its influencing factors;secondly,the present situation of rural road in Fujian province is discussed,the specific introduction of rural road safety of Fujian Province,taking Minhou County as the starting point,the road traffic accident data collected in Minhou County for many years,combined with the the actual work and the interview results,the analysis and the induction,investigation and analysis,the field of accident prone section design questionnaire,obtains the Minhou County Rural road safety problems,while digging Minhou County Rural Road Safety occurred;again,summary and draw lessons from developed countries in the rural areas the truth on safety management;at last,put forward specific measures to improve the rural roads according to the actual situation of Fujian Province,Such as government departments to deepen the comprehensive rural road traffic safety,to accelerate the process of the establishment of a rural road traffic network,strengthen the road maintenance engineering department,strengthen the safety education of rural road and so onto rural road safety of Fujian Province Management provides a certain theoretical and practical guidance.
