Research On The Management Of The Floating Population In Public Security Organs In The Process Of New-type Urbanization

With the rapid development of the city, the increase of the demand for labor, which provides the conditions for the flow between cities and the urban and rural areas. Floating population came into being, which is the main body of the floating population in the process of urbanization in China. Floating population which continues to gather in the urban and rural areas to provide a labor and services, at the same time the population also produces a variety of contradictions and problems. If these problems can not be effectively relieve and properly resolve, will not help the flow of population at ease, will also affect the social instability. It is an important issue to improve the management of the public security organs, to maximize the maintenance and protection of the interests of the floating population, and to realize the effective management of the floating population.Taking the public security organs of Minhou County, Fujian Province as the research object, this paper firstly analyzes the basic connotation of the floating population management, and the new situation and opportunity, and analyzes the existing problems of Minhou county public security organs in the process of urbanization. On this basis, in view of Minhou County public security organs in the management of the floating population exists problems such as backward management idea, disharmony in the relationship between the police and the people, single means of management and management loopholes in the system more, have a definite object in view of the proposed perfecting countermeasure and suggestion of new urbanization process, the public security organs in the management of the floating population. Mainly includes:improve the mechanism of the dynamic management of the floating population, promoting urban grid management, improve the social security of floating population, improve the quality of police officers, enhance the management of the informatization level in five aspects.
