Research On Intellectual Property Protection System Of New Industrialization In Shenyang

Shenyang has nearly a hundred years of industrial development process,a solid foundation of industrialization,but it has heavier burden.As a demonstration zone for the whole country to promote the new industrialization process,Shenyang faces the new opportunities and challenges in its economic and social development.The path of further promoting the process of new industrialization is of great complexity in Shenyang,the intellectual property system as the research perspective,this paper especially discusses the reform and innovation development path to improve the protection of intellectual property of the new type of industrialization,trying to solve its lag and not suited to such problems have become more and more important.This text researches deeply on the connotation of new-type industrialization and intellectual property protection mechanism,using the method of literature research,?empirical research method and comparative analysis and other research methods,from the intellectual property legislation,administrative law enforcement,judicial protection and service management and so on several aspects carries on the analysis,combining with the status of the intellectual property regime to promote the process of new-type industrialization in Shenyang,combing and analyzing the intellectual property problems of Shenyang new-type industrialization development in the process of practice at home and abroad in the process of new-type industrialization to promote intellectual property regime,puts forward related suggestions of intellectual property protection regime in Shenyang to promote the new-type industrialization process.In terms of improving intellectual property policies and regulations,this paper puts forward the content including promoting enterprise innovation entrepreneurship,circular economy,integration of the two element,getting through the intellectual property creation,utilization,protection,management and service of the whole chain and promoting the local laws and regulations;In terms of administrative law enforcement of intellectual property rights,this paper proposes to establishment of new-type industrialization development of patent,trademark,copyright and other "multi unification " comprehensive administrative enforcement institution ofintellectual property rights;In terms of judicial protection building,it puts forward the construction of the civil,administrative and criminal "three in one" trial mechanism of intellectual property rights to improve the judicial dispute resolution mechanism,and establish Shenyang intellectual property arbitration court;In terms of promoting intellectual property management,we put forward to improve the operation and management system of intellectual property rights ? promote the development of intellectual property services such as patent agency?intellectual property intermediary service agencies to replace the matter after the approval of the approval of the policy,in order to promote the protection of intellectual property rights in the process of new industrialization in Shenyang,which has made a systematic design,and makes up the blank of the research on the new industrialization of Shenyang from the perspective of intellectual property rights.
