Study On Community Informatization Construction Of Hefei

21 Century is the century of information.The rapid development of computer technology has enabled all works of life and millions of households to enjoy the convenience of the information society.In recent years,the new concept and new technology such as the "Internet+" and "big data","Internet of things" have been put forward and invented.People's life is becoming more and more inseparable from information technology.The technology plays an important role in the community to improve community governance and environment.Since 2008,the country has fully entered the construction of community informatization.The importance of information in relevant policies from the Central Committee and local governments continued:Community informatization as an important measure and infrastructure for the construction of Harmonious Society,an important mean to improve the community management level,it has an important impetus to the urban economic development,and factors in building responsive government?2016 is the first year of the "13th Five-Year".Anhui has deployed an important task of developing new field of information economy,including the construction of high-speed?safe?mobile and ubiquitous information infrastructure,in order to implement city management and public services in areas such as "Internet plus" action as soon as possible.As the capital city,Hefei,has taken the lead into the process of Community Informationization Construction.This paper comprehensively reviews the development of using the theory of public management in Hefei urban construction information system,summarizes the main measures of urban informatization construction and its effectiveness.It sorts out the existing problems in the development of community informatization on the sources of funds,policies and regulations,personnel,network security and other aspects,In the end,it puts forward some suggestions on establishing a good financing mechanism,improving laws and regulations,building a professional team,designing management system scientific and so on,to improve the informationization level comprehensive community of Hefei.
