Research On The Construction Of A Comprehensive Information Platform For Community Public Services

The development of social economy and technology has given rise to the strong demand for community informatization.Community informatization has become an important strategy for the development of social informatization in China.All localities are exploring the path of community informatization suitable for our country.With the deepening of local exploration and practice,the construction of the community public service integrated information service platform has entered the public perspective and has become an important means of community informatization.More and more regions have incorporated the construction of the community public service integrated information service platform into the local community informatization development plan.However,it should be seen that this work is still in the exploration stage in our country.There are still lacks of unified system standards and mature extension experience.Therefore,at this important stage,with the help of a typical case study,the establishment of a community public service integrated information service platform can contribute to the all-round development and balanced development of community informatization in China.Therefore,it is necessary to study the comprehensive information platform of Pengli Street Community Public Service.Based on the new public service theory,this article cites several cases in China.With the help of case analysis,literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper introduces the general situation of building comprehensive information platform of community public service in China.On this basis,we selected Pengli Street Community Public Service Comprehensive Information Platform in Binzhou as the main research object,and focused on analyzing its composition,management system,infrastructure and use condition,so as to clarify the positioning and value of the Community Public Service Comprehensive Information Platform in community services.To find out the current constraints on platform construction and application,including waste of information resources,difficulty in platform promotion,structural contradiction between supply and demand,weak talent base.The author tries to find out the reason from three aspects: the concept,the top-level design and the capital investment.Through systematic literature research and case analysis,this paper argues that at present,we should promote the construction and development of a comprehensive information platform for community public services in China.In particular,we need to improve top-level design,optimize service functions,increase the promotion of platforms and clients,strengthen the construction of talent teams,and effectively organize platform construction funds.
