Research On The Administration Of Business Sites Of Internet Access Services In XuanCheng

With the population of technology and internet,the internet has penetrated into the daily lives of more and more people and the cybercafe has become one of the major industries in the culture markes.The emergence of cybercafe has provided a faster way for communication and a new place for entertainment.In China,cybercafe is not only a way for entertainment but also be loaded with rich culture connotations.It has brought significant economic profits as well as potential social benefits.As a new industry with large scale,the management of cybercafe has caused great attention.The government has put forward a series of policies to purify the culture environment and network space,aiming at enhancing the management of cybercafe in the market economy environment.However,there are still a series of problems in the management of cybercafe.As a result,illegal cybertcafes emerged,which turn to be a big problem and become more and more serious.While filling the gap of the market,the illegal cybercafe operators make their efforts to circumvent regulation,leading to lots of problems to society,like cyber crime,information security and the physical and mental health of teenagers.This paper selects XuanCheng city as the research object,and investigates the number,people,price,cost of cybercafe in XuanCheng.It analyzes the positive and negative social effects of cybercafe in XuanCheng,to understand the innovative methods of work and achievements in administration of cybercafe.Then,it explores the problems existing in the management process,which are mainly in the following aspects:the management idea is biased,the management method is flawed,the management resources are not enough,the administrative law enforcement is unreasonable.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
