| By selecting the typical area of questionnaires,the present development situation of rural surplus labor force survey,to understand the factors of employment,provide theoretical and empirical basis for the future promotion of the full effective transfer of rural surplus labor and industrial upgrading.The results show that:1、The number of employees in Guangxi presents "N" type fluctuation trend,the number of the first industry practitioners presents "M" type downward trend,the number of rural surplus labor in Guangxi over the years changes showing a decline trend of inverted "U" type,in 2010 reached the highest point.2、The 2-5 scale of the family structure of rural family size become the mainstream population;the average family,young male migrant population,family average population ratio reached 66.6%,58.3%,43.2%;rural family contracted land area of 73.4%hectares in 0.667;nearly 50%out of employment at the age of 21-30,and for unmarried men,the proportion of minorities also reached 25.71%;labor education distribution tends to normal distribution,and constantly improve the level of labor culture;the level of the average monthly income of 80.8%yuan in 2000-4000,more than 50%of the migrant labor period within 5 years;employment area of the province.Still,but the proportion of the Province in the third industry has become gradually increase;mainly engaged in the industry;in the employment environment,21.02%of farmers have been in work Capital.3.Fmily size,migrant population accounts for the proportion of the population,marriage,family and cultural level has a positive effect on labor employment will continue,the household contract land area,age,nationality,wage arrears has a negative impact on employment intention;regional employment for province labor is more willing to go out of employment.Income level has not become the only key factor influencing the rural surplus labor force to go out to work.The intensity of urban "pull" and rural "thrust" is weakened,and the intensity of the labor force’s willingness to work outside the province is gradually decreasing.4.This paper put forward the following suggestions:speeding up the labor supply side reforms,mining two demographic dividend;improve the social security system,the release of "family labor and employment pressure;promote the diffusion of agricultural scale management and technology,strengthen the transfer of employment "thrust";optimization of rural industrial structure,constructing a comprehensive transfer mode;focus on the precise poverty reduce the labor transfer,institutional friction. |
