Ethnic Areas Of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer Employment Research

The transfer of rural-surplus-labor is the common problem which every country encounters in economic and social development. Economic development in China is at a critical position in transition, while in the process of rural-surplus-labor transfer; it generated a number of specific problems in such a rigid system. During the transfer, the migrant workers are approaching the relative impoverishment and social marginalization. To help the migrant workers and solve various problems and achieve an effective sound of rural-surplus-labor transfer is related to China's economic reform and society stability.Qinghai Hualong County is a national poverty-reduction-developing focused county, based on population of Hui ethnic. From early 80, 20th century, Han Lu, Ma Fuhai and other people went to southern China, opened beef hand-pulled noodles restaurants; it gradually formed a specific Hand-Pulled Noodles Economy model and made tremendous profits on economy even local society. It also made a positive contribution on solving the problem of transforming of rural-surplus-labor. However, on the other side, it is hard to find out a way to solve the problem of combination of hand-pulled noodles economy with rural-surplus-labor transfer and take it to an effective mechanism for system planning. Thus it is a significant subject to research the combination both sides, make a greater contribution to the future development of Hualong County on the base of hand-pulled noodles economy.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of economic and ethnic areas of transfer of rural-surplus-labor force, which based on the hand-pulled noodles economic development background, the whole process and the development of a systematic review of achievement in Hualong County. On this basis it also the thesis study the enlightenment of transfer of rural-surplus-labor from the development of hand-pulled noodles economy. It will provide an authoritatively theoretical basis and practical guidance for labor force transfer of rural area during the development of our country reforming progress. From this point, this study is of certain significance and value theoretically and practically.
