Seeking And Growing: The Situation And Development Logic Of Xinjiang Social Organizations

Social organization has a long history in Xinjiang,especially after 2000,Xinjiang social organizations showed a wonderful development situation,such as development speed,the building work of CCP,the economic contribution and social service function.However,in this process,there have been many problems and restricting the future development.In this context,this article creatively starts from the“development logic”,and research the fundamental issue of“social organization development”to promote the development of Xinjiang social organizations.First of all,with the theory of“economic growth”,this paper attempts to construct the logical framework to analyze the basic logic of Xinjiang social organizations development.On this basis,the concrete logic that affects the development is the two factors of endogenous development and endogenous development.In the present,the endogenous development is more dynamic than human capital,while endogenous motivation is the input of external resources.At the same time,through discussing the present situation and problems of Xinjiang social organizations,it is found that the initial development stage and its significant dual structural features cause the lack of development emergence.Secondly,this paper argues that the development of Xinjiang social organization is not only governed by the realistic development logic,but also influenced by the historical changes logic.Therefore,when sort out the context of the more than 100 years history of Xinjiang social organizations,this paper found:in this process of its external regulatory logic and internal governance logic have changed,them not only create the current status of Xinjiang social organization,but also affect the dual momentum of social organizations development.Finally,based on the realization of the development path of Xinjiang social organization,this paper starts from find the modes of“capital accumulation and reproduction” and“promotion of human capital utility”,and from the following aspects of the proposed counter measures such as the innovative development concept,clear the government responsibilities,promote the flow of resources and strengthen the genius team,in order to enhance the development level of Xinjiang social organizations.
