A Research On CPC' Self-consciousness Of Political Civilization

Since the "Four Comprehensives" has been proposed,it marks that the reform of China's work comes into a more comprehensive and systematic stage.The development of science and technology,the development of market economy and the expansion of China's opening to the outside world make people' have more demands of political interests.The global political and economic environment is also changing,trade protectionism and populism rise,China needs to do more on international political issues.In this context,how to build political civilization more self-consciously is a major issue for Communist Party of China.The emergence and development of the political civilization of the CPC has undergone a long and tortuous process.After the failure of the Great Revolution,the CPC established local government and embarked on the path of exploring political civilization.During the Soviet period,the CPC was mainly to imitate the political civilization of the Soviet Union,although got some experience,but it still cannot fully adapt to the national conditions at that time.The period of Yan'an was the period when the political civilization of the CPC was self-consciously developing.The party began to combine the basic principles of Marxism with the national conditions and explore the political civilization with Chinese characteristics.New China implements the people's democratic dictatorship,the CPC consciously continued the united front strategy,through the development of the land revolution and democratic reform,the development of grass-roots democracy.After the completion of the socialist transformation,the CPC proposed to expand the democratic life,but the party's analysis of social class relations mistakes,resulting in anti-rightist expansion,and later launched the "Cultural Revolution",seriously undermining the socialist political civilization.After the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee,the CPC strengthened democracy and legal system construction,carried out political reform,strengthened the party's own construction,promoted the party's decision-making,democratization,scientific and legalization.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Communist Party of China has advanced its national governance system and governance capability with the "four comprehensive" strategic layout for the rule of state,and the party has continuously promoted global political democratization and participated in reshaping the new international political order.The process of the CPC exploring the political civilization self-consciously is the process of combining the classical Marxist political civilization with the Chinese national conditions and the international environment.The CPC constantly coordinates the internal and external relations within the political system in political practice and emphasizes the promotion of practical experience into theory.In order to further enhance the party's political civilization consciousness,the party needs to continue to adhere to Marxism as the guiding ideology,widely absorb the achievements of political civilization at home and abroad,but also keep pace with the times,and constantly coordinate the internal and external relations within the political system.At the same time,the CPC should strengthen the ideological construction,promote the political system reform actively and steadily,strive for people's recognition and support of the political system,to building socialism political civilization with Chinese characteristics.Through the research methods of literature research,logic and history,this paper explores the emergence and development of the consciousness of the construction of political civilization of the CPC,and draws lessons from it,also provides theoretical guidance to further enhance the self-consciousness of building political civilization of the CPC.It's beneficial to the development of socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics.
