Multi-ethnic Community Governance Practice Research In TaCheng

Currently,most urban community is experiencing the transition from management to governance,As a multi-ethnic community,the good ethnic relationship of the community H is an important factor affecting community stability and community governance.This paper takes the community H as the research object,exploring the effectiveness and trouble of community governance,and put forward the suggestions of multi-ethnic community governance.The article is divided into five parts,specific as follows:The first part,introduction.This paper selected topic background and research significance.According to the domestic and foreign scholars to the community,it summarized the progress on research of community governance,and defining the core concepts of this paper,put forward the relevant theory,based on the polycentric governance theory,marxist national unity theory,and the theory of socialist harmonious society,combined with questionnaire,interview and participant observation,research on Tacheng multi-ethnic community governance practices.The second part,summarize the overall situation of urban community governance.Tacheng as a starting point,introduced in recent years the Tacheng community construction and community governance,finally lead to Tacheng exemplaryl of urban community governance,namely the research object of this article-national unity as the main characteristics of H community.The third part,this paper studies H community governance present situation,the study found that H community governance main body includes six categories,this became the basis of a polycentric governance;The ways of community governance by administrative means,legal system mainly means,education means and service means.Wen added at the end of the national flag case of resident self-organization characteristics,through the case further reflected H community harmonious national relations,through contact with neighborhood residents to participate in public affairs.The fourth part,through the present situation of exploration H community governance,found a series of results were obtained in community governance and characteristics.however,in the border areas of multi-ethnic community governance also have many problems,put forward the H community governance predicament and its cause.The fifth part,combining the theory of three,put forward how to optimize the H community governance thinking and Suggestions.looking forward learning to the related theory and draw on the experience of other urban community management,further formation the model of governance with border multi-ethnic community governance characteristics.
