Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Party Building Among College Students In Xinjiang Under The New Situation

The qualified builders and reliable successors to cultivate the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the fundamental tasks of college students’ party building work.University students in the college students into the post will be the backbone of society,with the situation at home and abroad and the continuous development of information network,such as cultivating in the surging,complex and changing social trends in the heart,Political position and become both qualified and capable high-quality young talents are of great significance to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the reform and opening up,college students party building work has developed by leaps and bounds,but there are still some problems to be solved.How to adapt to the development and changes of the new situation and to find an effective solution to the problem of party building in Xinjiang university students is essential.This paper focuses on the work of party building in the 23 rd college and the country,the latest and comprehensive expression of the party building of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,and starts from the connotation of the party building work of college students in Xinjiang,and then conducts a research on the present situation of party building in Xinjiang Analysis,the paper is divided into four parts:The first part: for the introduction part,outlines the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods,heavy difficulties;The second part mainly summarizes the basic contents of college students’ party building and the important significance of party building in Xinjiang colleges and universities;The third part: take the field research and interviews in two ways under the new situation in Xinjiang five university students party building work status quo research,mainly for Xinjiang university students and non-party members of the questionnaire,by participating in the autonomous region colleges and universities party secretarytraining On the occasion with some of the party branch secretary of the university interviews,so as to obtain research materials,in the research summary of Xinjiang college students party building achievements and problems;In the fourth part,according to the problems found,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the party building work of college students in Xinjiang: 1.Innovate the concept of party building and enrich the content of ideological education;2.Strengthen the organization and standardize the institutional mechanism;3.Strengthen the construction of style,Improve the quality of personnel;4.Strengthen the system construction,provide the necessary institutional protection.
