Study On The Practice Path Of Regionalization Party Building In Huangpu District Of Shanghai

Regional party building is a new model of Party building gradually formed on the basis of unit party building and community party building.Regional party building in social governance is of great significance for strengthening the refinement of social governance and enhancing the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations.After putting forward ideas,experimenting and practicing in many places,the regional party building has made great achievements in the whole country.As the rising place of the regional party building model,Shanghai has formed a new regional party building model with the characteristics of living alone in Shanghai in the process of development and improvement.Huangpu District is located in the Central District of Shanghai administrative division.It is not only the economic and political center,but also the cultural center.It occupies the core position in the integrated development pattern of Shanghai and has made great achievements in the regional party construction.In 2004,Huangpu District’s regional party building work officially began.In the process of development and improvement,it has formed regional party building work forms such as "cultural Sinan" and "building party building".The achievements of the regional party construction in Huangpu District are mainly as follows:rich regional governance resources,strengthening the relationship between the party and the masses,and cultivating the main body of governance;however,there are also shortcomings in the regional party construction in Huangpu District: the ability construction of grass-roots party construction team lags behind,the completion rate of special party construction projects is slightly low,and the enthusiasm of Party Construction participants needs to be improved.Through on-the-spot investigation and reading the relevant paper materials,we can sum up the reasons for the lack of regional party building in Huangpu District to a certain extent,as long as there is a relatively short of Party building resources in the District,the construction of grass-roots party building talent team lags behind,and the financial and policy support for Party building projects is insufficient.Based on the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the work of regional party building in Huangpu District and their causes,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the work of regional party building from the aspects of changing ideas,and innovating the carrier,so as to promote the better development of the work of regional party building in Huangpu District,and provide reference for the work of regional party building in other regions of the country Learn from.
