Study On Safe Production Supervision Of Local Governments

Safety and health are the shared aspirations of the public.Along with our country's economic growth in recent years,along with urbanization accelerating generally,around the development achievements in promoting people's happiness at the same time,also bring the occurrence of production safety accidents,has brought the state,society,people's material and spiritual double damage.The safety production situation of increasingly serious declares war on all levels of local governments,reversed transmission must resist pressure of local government,and meet the challenge,more effectively control the factors of production safety accident,timely eliminate accident risk,minimize injury and property damage is the major task faced by the local governments at all levels.The object of this study is the local government,and the purpose of this study is to improve the safety of local governments.I have in the villages and towns,counties,straight multiple departments unit work experience,has long been a concern for safety production problems more,also accumulated a lot of safety supervision data.In before writing the paper,the author through reading related books,consult literature material,to help to do a good job of production safety supervision seriously study is made on the basis of the theory,further safety departments and relevant enterprises conducted field surveys and interviews,the theoretical research combined with dongying city of production safety supervision practice,summarize extracting the effective practice of dongying city,analyses the typical production accident cases of dongying,on the basis of seriously looking for local governments are analyzed the problems existing in the safe production supervision and analyzes the reason,proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion for last question.This article is divided into six parts,the first part is introduction,briefly describes the paper selected topic background and significance,the domestic and foreign theory research status about safety in production,and research ideas and research methods of this article.The second part introduces several basic concepts,including production safety,safety production supervision,local governments,briefly expounds the production safety supervision and its guiding significance to the related theory.The third part mainly analyzes the basic situation of safety production supervision,including the current situation of production safety in our country,supervision mechanism and measures),and introduces the dongying city of production safety supervision work practice(including the dongying city economic development present situation,security supervision preliminary results and production safety accidents typical cases).The fourth part focuses on analysis of local government in China is pointed out in the aspect of safety production supervision and what are the problems and deficiencies.The fifth part mainly carried on the thorough analysis for the cause of problems.The sixth part is how to improve the safety production supervision of local government,and promote safe production comprehensive regulation ability put forward reasonable Suggestions.
