The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Rural Governance Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Urbanization is the only way to realize China's modernization,and the new urbanization was officially incorporated into the national development strategy in 2014,in this new era background,China's rural economy,culture and other aspects have undergone major changes,farmer's life style,value idea,the rural economic structure,the transformation of the interests are constantly changing.The process of urbanization is to promote farmers to complete "from agriculture to non-agricultural in profession,from rural to urban in region and from farmer to citizen in identity " on the role of the conversion process,in this process,the rural governance will also face many contradictions and problems,such as the lack of basic public service system in rural areas,the test of the effectiveness of villagers' autonomy,the need of farmers to free their farmers and the shortage of government funds are urgently needed,if the problems can't be settled properly reasonable,it is not only harmful to the harmony and stability of rural society,but also is not conducive to the construction and promotion of new urbanization in China.Based on Marxist and Engels' national management theory,Lenin's national management thought and Xi Jinping's thought of social governance,this paper first introduces the background and significance of this thesis,the research status quo at home and abroad,the theoretical basis and the methods and innovations of the research And then analyzes the related connotation and characteristics of the new urbanization and rural governance and the relationship between them.Secondly,it elaborates the development status of rural governance in the process of new urbanization in China,including the current situation of rural governance Achievements and new urbanization process of rural governance is still the main problem.In view of the existing problems,I have conducted in-depth research and analysis on the causes of the problems in terms of economy,politics and culture.In the end of the article,combined with Marx and Engels' national management theory,Lenin's national management and thought of Xi Jinping,this paper puts forward the principle of solving the problem of rural governance in China,like to adhere to the principle of people's main body,the principle of governance according to law,the principle of adjust measures to local conditions,and the principles of sustainable development,and from the construction funds,rural culture construction,the villagers' autonomy and rural public service system,etc,to solve the problem of rural governance in our country proposed the rationalization proposal.
