Our country is a traditional agricultural country,rural governance is always an important part of national governance.Since the founding of New China,China rural governance model has been in constant transmutation process.For now,China Rural Governance follows the national implementation of villager autonomy in 1983 as the main carrier "rural politics" mode."Rural politics" model has gone through 30 years of development,and has shown significant role,but with the changes and economic development of rural social structure,"rural politics"limitations is gradually revealed.The current prevalence of rural poor management of public affairs,the village "two committees" contradictions intensified,grassroots township government lags behind in institutional reforms and a serious shortage of financial resources and meaning among the growing burden of farmers,rural public goods and public services still serious problems such as inadequate supply,causing widespread concern in the community.In the face of goal of the new socialist countryside construction of the Party,the current "rural politics"governance system obviously can not meet the new socialist countryside construction of rural social development requirements.Therefore,how to better play an active role in rural governance has become a serious problem.China’s rural population accounts for a large part of the total population,the rural peasant life and basic units engaged in production activities.All aspects of economic development of rural social and political stability,environment,infrastructure and public services are directly related to the production and life of farmers.To further improve and strengthen rural governance not only help create a good living environment and conditions for farmers and protect the basic rights of farmers to maintain the stability and development of rural society,it is more conducive to the smooth progress of the construction of the new countryside and a harmonious socialist society Construction.Resources for Rural Governance in China at the Present Stage lack of public services,supply and demand imbalance,poor and weak culture,governance mechanisms unreasonable,party members and cadres and other aspects of the problem,we need to actively and effectively promote our village governance to make the necessary adjustments to supplement or even change it government,village cadres,villagers and the joint efforts of all sectors of society,subject to further regulate behavior,improve institutional arrangements,increased economic support,strengthening cultural construction and so on.
