The Research Of Measures Russia Took To Eliminate Chechnya Terrorism

The purpose of this paper is to study measures Russia took to solve Chechnya terrorism,and summarize advanced experiences and lessons that presented by Russia's counter-terrorism,to provide some reference for other nations' counter-terrorism works.Russia is one of the world powers that deeply harmed by terrorism,and in the 20 years' of solving Chechnya terrorism,Russian federal government implemented measures from the aspects of both at home and abroad to fight against terrorism.This paper is focus on Russia's military method,political method and diplomatic method that Russia took.By analyzing Chechnya problems' origin and characteristics that Chechnya tourism has,looking for reasonable places that why Russia took the above methods,and draw experiences and lessons from Russian anti-terrorist work.In this paper,the main content is chapter 2 to chapter 4.Firstly,the second chapter gives an overview of Chechnya Problems,and explores the Chechnya terrorism's historical roots and its characteristics.The third chapter is the central part of this article.This part analyzes military,political,diplomatic methods Russia took to blow Chechnya tourism,and trying to find effective methods to combat terrorism.The last chapter summarizes experiences and lessons that draw from Russia's anti-terrorism,and provides some references and enlightenments to international anti-terrorism works.
