The remaining issues can't be ignored.The threat of terrorism failed to eradicate.The costs of war and anti-terrorism were difficult to fill.Pro-Russian regime faced challenges.External pressure was still existed.Anyway, Russia told us at the cost of lives and blood that developing economy was fundamental,performing correct ethnic policy was key,the relationship between central and local government was important,national sovereignty was first and ethnic issue can't be solved by violence,etc.
