| October 28,2014,the CPC Central Committee on the overall promotion of the rule of law made 2014 to become China's important deep change first year.Meanwhile,according to the rule of law from being introduced to the implementation so far,has been in the past thirty years.We found that the rule of law is a systematic project.The individuals and the medias and even the community's understanding of the rule of law is largely depends on the implementation of the rule of law.To do research on this by three reasons: first,the realistic reason,with the overall promotion strategy of "governing the country by law",the concept of the rule of law has gradually extended to political life,economic life and cultural life.Second,the media reason,media awareness of the rule of law of our country rule of law construction work has very important significance,because the concept of the rule of law need to implement a positive law,and law enforcement of the media to support,and Guangdong media is precisely our support,understanding and practice of constitutional law leader.Third,the rule of law reason:with the popular concept of democracy,to further protect and constrained media power is imperative.As far as I know,Media rights in China is as an abstract conceptual jurisprudence.On research methods,first of all I will do researches on the basic concept of rule of law and the press and other development course and the present situation to be analysis and explanation.And then to our country promote the rule of law and the rule of law in the press construction key points and problems are described,and then based on this with examples of Guangdong Media.The positive response of the Guangdong Medias to the rule of law is not accidental.To study and look forward to their all the way to try and practice,both for further promoting the rule of law in our country to promote the construction of the rule of law has important significance and guiding value. |
