At the same time,the research on the management of technical standards in our country,has not carried out at present,also is not very thorough system,based on the standard management as the breakthrough point of manufacturing technology of the government role,has certain theoretical significance.In this paper,through the national competitive advantage theory,market failure and government role theory,the public service theory,demonstrates the zhaoqing city from the dimension of the theory of the government must strengthen technical standard management.And out of the market economy developed countries the role of technical standards of management experience and practices,again zhaoqing city supporting the government must attach great importance to the technical standards of management development,this paper finally concluded that to strengthen the management of zhaoqing manufacturing technical standard government countermeasures:one is establishing and perfecting the standardized operation coordination mechanism,the second is to further increase the intensity of led drive,three is to perfect the government service supply,four is to increase supervision.Technical standard management without current patterns,is a long-term and complicated system engineering,need to practice,this paper explores lasting rich perfect in theory,in practice,deepen the development.
