Research On Responsibility Of Local Government In The Process Of Active Aging

With the rapid development of social economy,population aging has influenced Chinese economic growth,social security system,the traditional family structure and so on,population aging problems differ from the past.Whether we can solve the contradiction between the aging population and the stable development of the society and economy,and it influences development strategy problem of our country's socialist modernization.Therefore,how to solve the problem of population aging is an important task in our country,in the process of promoting positive aging local government plays an important role.First of all,the author explains the main features of our country population aging and the stage,in the rising number of aging population,actively facing aging problems and emphasizing the idea of active aging,strengthen local government corresponding responsibilities.Secondly,the specifically analysis the local government to fulfill their responsibilities,their categories and the plight of the responsibility in the positive aging process.Thirdly,rely on the comparison with foreign advanced experience,analysis the causes of the plight of the local government's responsibility in the process of active aging.Finally,contact the local government responsibility predicament in the active aging process with the United Nations Health Organization putting forward active aging " health,participation and protection " of the three main aspects,and the study of local government in the positive response to the rapid development of the population aging,how to ensure pension services,health care of the elderly population and other aspects of the various needs in the future development of the social and economic.This thesis uses the methods of literature study at this stage of Chinese population aging research,active aging research and inductive analysis integrity;using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the present development situation of Chinese aging population growth and aging of the population,find the local government in dealing with shortcomings of the pension problem;using comparative analysis method to analyze the difficulties and causes of local government responsibility,according to the analysisresults find a way to strengthen local government responsibility in the active aging process.
