Research On The Construction Of The System Of Anti-corruption Since The Eighteenth National Congress Of The CPC

At present,China is in a period of rapid development of socialist construction,corruption has a great social harm,it will not only corrode social politics,economy,culture and China's development achievements will be destroyed.Facing such a severe situation,formulate anti-corruption measures,intensify anti-corruption efforts,forming a complete set of laws,be strict in enforcing the law,violators of the anti-corruption system,from the fundamental solution to the problem of corruption,to our country of socialist modernization is of great significance.This paper focuses on the basic theory of anti-corruption system construction,the historical review of the system construction and the understanding of China's anti-corruption work and Countermeasures to expand the research.First of all,the construction of anti-corruption system is the forefront of the problem we should consider.To analyze the forefront of anti-corruption and anti-corruption,to understand the basic theory of anti-corruption system,combined with the experience of anti-corruption system,clear the need for anti-corruption.Secondly,since the reform and opening up,China's anti-corruption system construction has been a historic change,different leadership stages showing different governance characteristics.Again,on the understanding and thinking of China's anti-corruption system construction,for the Communist Party of China's anti-corruption work in punishing mainly,prior prevention,in supervision of the main establish the lasting effect mechanism of anti-corruption,increased the binding of regulatory oversight,in punishing corruption at the same time also opened up the channel of people involved in corruption.Finally,we see in the anti-corruption achievements at the same time,should see the anti-corruption system at the present stage in our country,there still exist a series of shortcomings and problems,this paper engaged in the prevention,supervision,punished afterwards three aspects to discuss the Countermeasures for solving the problem of anti-corruption,to play an active role in the anti-corruption work.In summary,China's anti-corruption construction has achieved remarkable results,basically formed a set of anti-corruption mechanism system,to further improve the anti-corruption system in the future to provide a theoretical basis.
