The Study Of The Elements And The Value Of Cyber Democracy In Contemporary China

Since the 1990 s,as China's economic booming and people living standard rising,network has became more and more indispensable part of people's life,especially after China accessed to the Internet.The Internet not only applied in People's Daily life,also applied to economy,politics,culture,etc.,has changed people's lifestyle and influenced the development of the society greatly.Under this circumstances,the Cyber democracy comes into being a important thing.Nowadays,the Cyber democracy has became an important participation form of the development of democratic politics in China.It plays an important role because the development of Cyber democracy in China is so important.Integral consists of many parts.The Cyber democracy in China is an integral,so what factors are made of it?It is a new thing,so where is it value?How should we treat it?This paper argues that the Cyber democracy mainly includes the elements of network basic elements(cable,server,terminal,etc.),the subject(organization or individual),the object(administrative department,the network media),target,system conditions(laws or regulations),the subject is the most important element of it.The value of Cyber democracy in China include two aspects,the positive and the negative,we should treat it correctly.In the process of Cyber democracy in China,we should optimize the elements and the relationship among the elements in order to promote the development of Cyber democracy in China.At the same time,we should be more fair and objective to analyze the value of Cyber democracy in China,try our best to put the value of Cyber democracy in a right place and promote the development of Cyber democracy better,faster and more healthy.
