For example, increasedthe popularity of the Internet knowledge and invested in the construction of thenetwork infrastructure, to promote the development of democracy; establish a"people-centered" electronic government, to increase the transparency of governmentwork and provide quality services to the people.The cyber democracy is just getting started in our country.
