Research On Management Of Digital City In Jinjiang City

As a new urban management model,China began to carry out the pilot construction of digital urban management in some cities in 2005,and in 2015 from the top of the central level issued the guiding opinions on the management of the city,which clearly pointed out that in all the cities and counties in the country before the end of 2017 to build a digital urban management platform.Jinjiang began to carry out the practice of digital urban management in 2009.Compared with the past,the digital urban management has effectively enhanced the ability of Jinjiang city management departments to find and solve problems.But with the development of practice,some seriously problems continue to appear,which have seriously restricted the improvement of the quality and effect of urban management in Jinjiang,such as the relatively weak power management,more limited coverage of digital urban management,difficult to implement the assessment system and poor public participation.In order to provide solutions to further enhance the ability of digital urban management to serve the economic development and urbanization construction of Jinjiang,this article from the system level,financial level and supervision level analyzes the reasons for the existence of problems,which applies the new public service theory,urban governance theory,related knowledge of the region and the urban public management,and uses comparative analysis,literature research and other research methods.Then based on the experience and practice of Yangzhou,Hangzhou,Baltimore and Singapore,this article puts forward suggestions on improving the management of digital city in Jinjiang,which includes to improve the mechanism of the system,improve the evaluation system,expand the efficiency of the system,enhance public participation,increase grassroots law enforcement forces and explore market-oriented cooperation.
