Research On The Innovation Of Urban Management Mode Under The Background Of Smart City Construction

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of economy,China's urbanization process begins to accelerate,urban construction is changing with each passing day,in this process,the concept of political achievements that pursing economic growth speed blindly leads to the lack of forward looking in urban planning,and inevitably the sequels in the process of urban development appear,which almost all the domestic cities cannot avoid.The government will face a series of problems on economic development,social governance,and ecological environment improvement etc.,which bring great difficulties to the modern city management.How to build an urban management mode that supports the urban development becomes an urgent task in front of the government waiting to be solved.The main content of this paper is to construct the innovation mode of city management under the background of smart city construction.Through the analysis of the current management mode of domestic city,we research the malpractice and the analysis reason;through the analysis of domestic and foreign advanced city management mode,we draw lessons from their successful experience.Summing up the framework of innovation mode of city management under the background of combing the smart city construction.Building the city construction management mode,and putting forward the optimization path of the mode.The main research methods involved in this paper includes documentary research method,inductive analysis,systematic analysis method and case analysis.The key point relates to the concept of urban management articles,urban management,urban community management,digital city and smart city,relates to the complex giant system,public participation.City and urban management mode as an open complex giant system,studying the method of system analysis for grid division management;introducing the concept of digital city and smart city,researching urban management mode of technical support;researching the public participation theory,as one of the principle of the construction of urban management mode.Based on the analysis of the disadvantages and causes of the existing urban management models in China,this paper analyzes the management models of advanced cities both at home and abroad,and takes the European Union,Singapore,Korea,Beijing and Hangzhou as examples to study their successful experiencesInnovation mode of city management is the purpose of this paper,it starts from the construction of smart city background,researches requirement,condition and principle of building innovation model in urban management,assumes the preliminary hypothesis innovation mode of urban management platform construction and organization structure.On this basis,constructing the information management and decision management mechanism,and finally putting forward the optimization path of the mode from six aspects,namely,clear the role of government,the introduction of market-oriented operation mechanism,strengthen infrastructure construction,strengthen innovation guide,accelerate system platform construction,to guide public participation.The innovation mode of city management on the construction of the existing city management mode has certain guidance and reference significance.
