Nowadays,public crises break out incessantly around us.The public crisis management directly affects the image of the government and the enhancement of the government credibility.Therefore,the public crisis management has not only become an important opportunity to enhance the government credibility,but also a hot issue for the Chinese scholars.Refer to the government credibility in public crisis,we can establish a new mode which will be an effective way to solve the lack of government credibility in public crisis management.First,this article had an overview of relational concepts and theoretical knowledge about public crisis management and government credibility.Second,this article analyzed the relationship between public crisis management and government credibility.Thirdly,from the situation of our country,the article used the evaluation factors to analyze the case of virus spirit and Wen Chuan Earthquake to find the weakening performance of government credibility.According to many problems in China's current public crisis management,we found the reasons of the lack of government credibility.Finally,based on our current situation and advanced management of developed countries.I have the following conclusion: In public crisis management we must strengthen the government's construction,and optimize the traditional mode of the government management,and also mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the media and the public,as well as perfecting the legal system of public crisis and rescue mechanism,and establish a permanent professional institutions.According to the connection between the multi subject and governance mechanism,we should construct a new mode of the governance credibility to ensure the effective governance of public crisis.
