With the rapid development of networking and informationization,the ways that the public can learn state affairs and supervise them are increasingly diversified.Therefore,the network supervision,a kind of new supervision mode based on the development of the Internet,has become an important part of the public opinion supervision.The Communist Party of China network supervision is based on the Internet to make many different elements to work together,e.g.the state organs and their staffs,the majority of Internet users,oversight authority and so on.Through the analysis,we can see that the network supervision of the Communist Party of China is deepening.At the same time,we should pay attention to some new problems.The party and government organs at all levels which view the discipline inspection and supervision departments of as the main body,as the official body of network supervision,are in the challenge of tight time and heavy work in dealing the reported cases.Besides,the negative cooperation between departments can not be ignored.The most direct subject of network supervision is the majority of Internet users.When we notice the Internet users' strong sense of social justice,we can not ignore their irrational thinking,even their hostile mood towards officers.The objects of network supervision includes not only the leading cadres combining supervision and self supervision,but also the party membership and leading cadres with thin supervision consciousness.The supervision towards the objects should cover the whole process,from the selection,the cultivation,the serving to the retirement.The supervision should also be all round,including party members' organizational style,thinking style and work style.In addition,there are many other factors influencing the network supervision,such as the numerous information,the digital divide,the lack of legal protection.Correspondingly,we should put forward the related countermeasures from the view of the object,the subject and the carrier of the network supervision.First,we should refer to the subject of the network supervision.The party and government organs at all levels should cooperate actively to improve inner-party supervision.The real name system should be implemented to constrain subjects' anomie behavior.We should also strengthen the opinion leader as to guide the network supervision to the right direction.Second,from the view of the object of network supervision,we should change the ideological concept of leading cadres.We can public administration affairs actively,developing electronic party affairs and perfect party information disclosure mechanism through the media supervision power.In addition,we should ensure the orderly development of network supervision through legislation.Third,from the view of the carrier of the network supervision,we should think highly of the Internet infrastructure,develop the self-discipline consciousness of network culture media and pay attention to the criticism and supervision towards network media.Besides,we should strengthen the cooperation and innovation between Internet media and traditional media,the effective connection between the official websites and the folk websites.At last but not least,we should improve the credibility of the network supervision and the ability to respond to network public opinion.All the parts should coordinate to promote the orderly development of network supervision.
