Research On The Mechanism Of Inspection And Supervision Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Period

In China, the national governance system is under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (hereafter abbreviated as CPC), so the government’s administrative ideas come from CPC. In order to manage public governmental affairs effectively in the new situations, Chinese goverment must fully and properly perform its duties and powers.Inspection is the innovation of inner-party power supervision mode. This power supervision mode, which has more authority, is better in deterrence and finding out problems within the CPC. Also, inspection acts as a strong support in maintaining the integrity of the CPC as well as battling against the corruption. Great contribution has been made through inspection in rigorously management in CPC, build up the executive force and public trust in the government and guarantee the efficiency as well as the legitimacy of the acts of the government and the leadership.In the new period, especially since the eighteenth session of the National People’s Congress, the central government has made a series of major decisions and arrangements to strengthen and improve inspections. The inspection and supervision work has become more systemic and standard, and the quality and effect have been greatly improved. The value of the work becomes more apparent in the process of pushing forward the full-side deepening reform and establishing incorruptible politics, and has earned the approval of the central government and support of the cadres and common people.On the basis of defining the relevant concepts and elements of the inspection and supervision mechanism, according to the current situation of the inspection and supervision mechanism of the CPC in the new period as well as the different stages of its development, this article demonstrates the necessity of carrying out the inspection and supervision within the party, studied the characteristics and results and operational methods and procedures of the inspection and supervision of the eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China, concerning the construction of inspection teams themselves and problem-finding ability and rectification situation and achievement application, and finding the existing problems from implement of two responsibilities and theory construction and the power of subject and object and supervision function and coordination of all kinds of supervision, etc. According to the lessons draw from the experience of Chinese and foreign inspection and supervision system, this article also made an analyzing of the reasons around establish inspection mechanism of theoretical research and work linkage and achievement application and standard operation, put forward the countermeasure. The purpose is to give full play to the role of anti-corruption sword, to effectively contain the spread of corruption, to deeply reform and realize the "China dream".
