Study On The Governance Of The Social Intermediary Organizations Involved In Medical Disputes In Our Country

In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,people's health awareness increases,are increasingly high expectations of the health services,and legal awareness,some health institutions medical staff ethics landslide,some patients cannot afford the high medical costs,these turned tense doctor-patient relationship,medical disputes increase year by year.China's rising number of medical disputes,physician-patient conflicts intensified,showed normal,high,vicious mayhem,mass rioting and other conditions,have seriously affected the normal work of the hospital and social harmony and stability.Medical dispute in this paper as a research goal,using the theory of political science public administration theory and social governance,governance of medical disputes from the point of view of political science analysis,leads to the construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in need of social intermediary organizations,needed to build a new model of social intermediary organizations to solve medical disputes.This article is divided into six parts,the social intermediary organizations to participate in the discussion on management research of medical disputes in China.First part describes the background,significance and research review.The second part of the public administration theory,social control theory and related concepts,and focuses on public governance theory and the theory of social control,background,analysis,development,content and functionality,identify governance guidance to solve medical disputes.The third part of the medical disputes in our country's basic situation made a detailed description of stressed the settlement of medical disputes is the immediate things,affect social harmony and stability.Part to comment on the medical dispute solution mechanism in our country,pointed out that the current stage of settlement mechanisms have many limitations,there must be a new way of governance of medical disputes.
