Research On The Problems And Governance Of Social Intermediary Organizations

With the constant development of our Socialist market economy and the gradual transformation of our government functions, no one claims responsibility after part of the social public service get away from the government functions. As a powerful organization assisting the government in working on some social public service, the social intermediary organizations appear in such a background. The social intermediary organizations in our country can not only preserve social public order, but also effectively coordinate the relationship among government,enterprises and citizens. That’s to say, besides carrying on government functions, our social intermediary organizations are also one reasonable result in the modernization process of our social intermediary organizations.In Binzhou, a city located in the Northwest District of Shandong Province, the social intermediary organizations grow stronger with the development of social economy. Now there are5145 intermediary organizations in Binzhou city which has been divided into four groups. In recent years, the social intermediary organizations in Binzhou are developing well in general, but there are still some parts of them exist problems in self-discipline, operating and supervision.Taking Binzhou city of Shandong province as example, this paper studies about some problems appear in the developing process of our social intermediary organizations and the corresponding strategy. In the first chapter, it discusses on the reason why I choose this topic and a review about related research from home and abroad. Then it expounds about the content, methods,problems and innovations. To make the analysis more thorough, in chapter 2 and 3, it analyzes about the concepts and related basic theories. Based on the analysis, it summarizes the problems appeared in the development of the social intermediary organizations and the reasons why it appears. In chapter 4 and 5, the paper analyzes about the Status quo and problems of the social intermediary organizations in Binzhou by combining the theory analysis and the data, then comes up with corresponding treatment advices through factual management experience.
