Research On Rural Community Management In Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of China 's economy and the ever-increasing living standards of people,rural community has undergone enormous changes.As a new carrier of farmers' production and life,rural community is an important platform for farmers to realize the local citizenization and promote new urbanization.Promoting the development of rural communities is also a major strategic decision of the CPC Central Committee and State Council to strengthen the management of rural communities.In the development of rural communities,we will inevitably encounter a lot of problems.At present,the rural community management issues were studied and explored in the research process,many problems of rural community management have been exposed.Therefore,we must discover the problems in time,analyze the causes,find out the countermeasures,sum up the experience and lessons,and constantly promote the rural development and the socialist modernization construction.This paper studies the rural community management in Jiangsu Province by using the theories of governance theory,new public service theory and community management theory,and using the methods of document analysis,comparative analysis and deductive induction.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is introduction,introduces the research background,and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,describes the basic ideas and research methods,pointing out the innovation and shortcomings of the paper;the second chapter is related to the concept of elaboration,mainly introduces the rural communities,rural community management and other basic concepts,learn from the relevant theoretical resources to improve the management of rural communities;the third chapter is the present situation,the problem and the cause analysis of rural community management in Jiangsu Province.Through the understanding of the basic situation,main forms and characteristics of the rural communities in Jiangsu Province,we find some problems in the management and analyze the causes of these problems in detail.In order to prescribe the right medicine,put forward the reasonable countermeasure suggestion;the fourth chapter is to optimize the management of rural communities in Jiangsu Province,according to the reasons analyzed in Chapter III,combined with the actual situation,the local realistic,appropriate measures,and ultimately improve the management level of rural community of Jiangsu Province.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the content of this study.
