| With the construction of socialist modernization,China’s social economy has been developed rapidly,and the road of urbanization has been opened earlier in southern Jiangsu.In the process of urbanization in southern Jiangsu,new rural communities have become the convergence of various social problems,social contradictions and interest entanglements.The improvement of governance in new rural communities can effectively improve the people-oriented Chinese social service system,effectively improve the living standard of rural people,and also have very important positive significance for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,how to build a professional and vocational team has become a "pain point" in the field of new rural community work in southern Jiangsu.This paper takes the construction of rural community workers as the research object,and analyzes the construction of new rural community workers in S Street in southern Jiangsu Province through literature research,questionnaires and interviews,and uses two-factor theory,human capital theory as the analysis.There are problems such as unclear construction goals and slow professionalization process,unreasonable staffing and low performance ability,poor job stability and poor promotion channels,numerous community affairs and high daily work pressure,low job clarity and low career recognition.It is found that the causes of the above problems are:the slow progress of the construction of new rural community workers in S street,imperfect system construction;complicated sources of personnel,uneven professional level;many part-time secondments,unstable personnel in the post;incomplete reduction of the burden at the grassroots level,too many administrative affairs;low social awareness,vague professional orientation.Based on this study,this paper proposes countermeasures to solve the problem of new rural community talent construction in southern Jiangsu: first,to further strengthen the leadership of grassroots party building and implement the reduction of burden and increase of energy;second,to strengthen the transformation of grassroots government management and play a leading role;third,to strengthen the management of community workers and improve the comprehensive quality;fourth,to strengthen the support of community work talents and promote the transformation and development;fifth,we should establish a sound incentive mechanism to stimulate the spirit of community workers to work and start business. |
