Research On Rural Community Management In The Process Of New Urbanization

Accompanied by the footsteps of China’s economic boom,to build a new socialist countryside has been aroused national attention. The new rural construction is on national development agenda, and is becoming a top priority in our socialist construction, but also is becoming the focus of the national key. Because, the new countryside community is the foundations of the new socialist rural areas, not only it brokes the original traditional pattern of natural villages, constantly introduces new production mode, but also new community management mode and so on also gradually become a problem of the new rural construction. Therefore, if we want to solve the problem of rural community management in the new period, we have to build socialist modernization rural production and living of citizens. In this way, it will play a crucial role on accelerating the development of urban and rural integration and enhancing the construction of new countryside community citizens live happiness.Based on the background of China’s urbanization construction, this paper used the methods of literature review, comparative analysis, and put S county in Gansu province rural community management as the research object, carrying out a research into the rural community management problems.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the present environment of the rural community construction in our country and studys the rural community management of technical route and research methods. The second chapter introduces the related concepts of rural community(such as rural community, community management, administrative management, sociology and so on), and put forwards the goal of rural community management. The third chapter summarizes and analyses the development history of our rural community systematically since the establishment of new China. The fourth chapter introduces the status quo of S county in Gansu province’s rural community management, and put forwards the problems existed. The fifth chapter makes rural community management countermeasures and Suggestions, aiming at the problems of S county.
